What it does
- Listing links. Connect Shopify products and variants to your Etsy listings, including variation-level links.
- Inventory sync. When Shopify stock changes, linked Etsy listings follow, with mirror, offset, or fixed-quantity rules per link.
- Order import. Etsy orders arrive in Shopify as normal orders, so fulfillment, reporting, and inventory all live in one place.
- Tracking sync. Fulfill in Shopify and the tracking number is pushed back to the Etsy order automatically.
How it connects
Orders Warlock uses the official Etsy Open API v3 and the Shopify Admin API, and nothing else. You authorize your own Etsy shop through Etsy's OAuth consent screen, you can disconnect at any time, and the app only ever touches the shop you connected. It respects Etsy's API rate limits by design.
Your data
The app stores the minimum it needs to sync: link mappings, order and receipt IDs, and the tracking numbers it pushed. Buyer details from your Etsy orders go into your own Shopify order records and nowhere else; they are never kept in our database and never used for marketing. Uninstalling the app deletes your credentials immediately and all remaining data shortly after. Details in the privacy policy.
