Orders Warlock is a Shopify app operated by Metal Weave Games Inc. that syncs a merchant's Shopify store with their own Etsy shop. This policy describes what the app and this website do with data. The short version: we access only the shops you connect, we store the minimum needed to sync them, buyer personal data stays in your own store records, and everything is deleted when you leave.
What the app accesses
- From your Shopify store (via the Shopify Admin API, with the permissions shown on the install screen): products, inventory levels, orders, and fulfillments.
- From your Etsy shop (via the official Etsy Open API v3, after you authorize the app on Etsy's own consent screen): your listings, shipping profiles, return policies, and order receipts. The app accesses only the Etsy shop you connected, and you can disconnect it at any time from the app's settings page.
What we store
- Credentials needed to act on your behalf: Shopify session tokens and the Etsy access and refresh tokens for your shop.
- Sync mappings: which Shopify products and variants are linked to which Etsy listings, and which Etsy receipts became which Shopify orders.
- Tracking numbers and carrier names the app pushed to Etsy, kept so the same shipment is never pushed twice.
- Your app settings, such as listing defaults and sync rules.
We do not store buyer names, email addresses, or shipping addresses in our own database.
Buyer information
When the app imports an Etsy order, the buyer's name, shipping address, and (where Etsy has granted access) email address flow directly into the order record in your own Shopify store, exactly as if you had entered the order yourself. That is their only use. We never use buyer information for marketing, never sell or share it, and never keep it in our own systems.
Where data lives
The app runs on Railway infrastructure with its database accessible only to the app and its operator. Data is sent to and from Shopify and Etsy over encrypted connections, and only to serve the sync features described above. This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Retention and deletion
- Disconnecting your Etsy shop in the app immediately deletes your Etsy credentials.
- Uninstalling the app immediately deletes all stored credentials for your shop.
- Within 48 hours of uninstalling, Shopify sends the app a deletion request and every remaining record for your shop is erased.
- Buyer redaction requests forwarded by Shopify are honored automatically: tracking details linked to the redacted orders are removed.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
